- Paid features such as featured listings may be offered
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- No guarantee of leads or conversions
8. Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent or fake listings
- Spam or abusive behavior
- Illegal property postings
- Unauthorized system access
9. Compliance with Laws

- UAE Property & Brokerage Laws
- All applicable local laws
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design of Clomint are protected and may not be copied or reused without permission.
